As a result of our continued growth through customer acquisition, Pervade Software are looking to recruit a Customer Support Engineer to our technical support team based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We are looking for professional, experienced and knowledgable people to join our team, becoming advanced users of our innovative suite of OpView™, OpAudit™, and OpIndex™ software.
Successful candidates will have a strong history of working in IT or IT support and be prepared to champion and educate our clients on our new and innovative approach to monitoring and compliance management. Our software is extremely configurable providing lots of freedom to customise each deployment. Healthy experience of working with IT networks will help considerably with this role.
Salary will vary based on experience but will grow as experience is gained. Pervade are committed to professional development of the whole team with rapid advancement available for those ready for it. Pervade is a small 100% UK-based team that enjoy a great bond, plenty of social activity and actively promote a healthy work/life balance. Based in an innovation centre originally run by the University of Northampton Pervade's offices offer excellent facilities and accessibility throughout.
