CyberUK, Glasgow
24th April 2019

CYBERUK is the UK government's flagship cyber security event. Hosted by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), it features world-class speakers, solutions and opportunities for interaction between the public and private sectors.

This year Pervade Software took a Stand for the first time at this prestigious event to showcase the brand new solutions that are being rolled out in UK Police Forces and ROCUs to help with the fight against cyber crime, including Cyber Alarm™, Cyber Response™ and OpIndex™ Dark Web Intelligence Gathering.

Pervade Software also demonstrated proactive support for the MoD Army 2020 Strategy and in particular the strategy to develop tactical Cyber Protection Teams in the Army Reserve. Business Solutions Manager at Pervade, Mark Howells, himself a Reservist with 53 Signal Squadron of the Royal Corps of Signals and a Cyber Troop Commander was given permission to man the stand in uniform to raise the profile of this important national initiative. "The Army Reserve needs more cyber specialists" said Mark "and there are huge benefits for forces-friendly employers who encourage their staff to explore this exciting and rewarding service in their spare time".

Attended by over 2,000 delegates, CYBERUK is the authoritative event for the UK's cyber security community. It demonstrates what businesses, government, law enforcement and academia can do together as teams and as organisations to deliver a digital Britain that leads the world in cyber resilience.
