John Davies MBE | Managing Director
John co-founded Pervade Software and is responsible for all commercial activity including the management of all channel partners globally. John is a Welsh speaker and the Co-founder & Chair of Cyber Wales as well as a Board Member and Cyber Skills Growth Lead for the UK Cyber Cluster Collaboration Group (UKC3). He is also a Board Member of the Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales, an NCSC i100 Secondee, an NCSC CyberFirst Ambassador and received an MBE in the 2022 New Year's Honours List.
Josi Kaal | Marketing Director
Josi joined Pervade in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities from direct marketing, telesales, collateral and event management. The Pervade Team attend around 20 events a year, speaking at the majority of them and exhibiting at about half of them. Managing Pervade's contribution to these events is no easy task but Josi works very hard to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Jon Davies | Engineering Director
Jonathan is co-founder of Pervade Software and is responsible for product development, support and installation services. Jonathan is a Police Cyber Volunteer for Northants Police and frequent event speaker and lecturer on Cyber Security at universities in South Wales and England. Jonathan leads all research and development at Pervade and as such regularly attends and speaks at thought-leadership conferences on Cyber Security throughout Europe.
Jessica Wain | Senior Systems Engineer
Jessica joined the Pervade team in 2019 and is responsible for helping customers manage and customise their Pervade systems. Jessica uses her experience of managing IT for a manufacturing company prior to joining Pervade to better understand how Pervade customers could implement their software. Jessica is the project coordinator for the national rollout of Police CyberAlarm.
Simon Dodd | Customer Systems Engineer
Simon provides installation and consultancy services for Pervade Software, working with both public and private sector customers. Simon first started at Pervade Software in 2020 managing product support, building on more than a decade of support experience. Simon now helps Pervade customers to install and configure their system to achieve their needs.
Ben Cairney | Developer & Linux Administrator
Ben joined Pervade in 2020 and straddles both the Systems Engineering and Development teams, in addition to development work Ben manages the administration of Pervade's 50+ Linux servers. Ben is transitioning to a full time development position and is performing both roles while he gains development experience, Ben leverages his long Linux history to provide help to Pervade customers.
Reuben Egan | Customer Support Engineer
Reuben joined Pervade in 2021 to provide application support to Pervade's customers and partners. Reuben brings very useful technical expertise to the Systems Engineering team having managed IT for a small charity prior to joining Pervade. As an amateur developer Reuben is also confident to provide support and advice to Pervade's API users. Reuben is a trained specialist in OpAudit.
Tom Mandry | Developer
Tom joined Pervade in 2021 as a junior software developer. Tom joined Pervade in a graduate role following the completion of his Computer Science degree and has become a valued member of the development team. Currently Tom specialises in front-end development of the Pervade User Interface and has been instrumental in creating several of the key features of version 4.
Maria Davies | Bookkeeper & Human Resources
Maria joined Pervade in 2018 as a bookkeeper, working with Pervade's accounting team to ensure all financial records are correctly accounted. Previously a logistics manager for the world's leading graphics card manufacturer Maria trained as an AAT qualified bookkeeper to seek a role that required less travel. Since starting with Pervade Maria has also taken control of Pervade's HR processes.
Andy Whitbread | Support Manager
Andy joined Pervade in 2021 as a Customer Support Engineer and taken on the management of more projects as his product and industry experience has grown. Prior to joining Pervade Andy worked as a project manager on critical national infrastructure projects and brings with him experience of managing non-IT specific projects using Pervade's software products, including the tracking of ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 9001 compliance standards.
Holly Preece | Online Content Manager
Holly joined Pervade in 2023 as an Online Content Manager to facilitate the creation and updating of website and social media content as well as social media engagement. Online content is a new priority for Pervade and Holly represents a dedicated resource hoping to deliver on a newly created strategy. Prior to joining Pervade Holly worked for John Lewis Partnership directly from University.
